Eight Tips For Naturally Beautiful Skin

Not sure what to look for when choosing cosmetics? Need
some advice on taking care of your skin? Here are eight
tips to help your skin look and feel it’s best.

1)Select moisturizers made with vegetable oils. The lotions,
creams and body oils that you use should be made with
vegetable oils, not mineral oil. Vegetable oils, (like olive oil,
sweet almond oil, corn oil, etc.) contain fatty acids which
help to moisturize and soften the skin. Mineral oil is derived
from petroleum and does not contain anything that helps to
nourish the skin.

2)Look for herbs and herbal derivatives in your cosmetics.
Herbs and their derivatives (essential oils, extracts,
infusions) contain natural chemicals which soothe, tone
and help condition the skin. Two herbs which are especially
useful in natural cosmetics are Lavender and Tea tree. The
essential oils of both lavender and tea tree are gentle,
natural antiseptics.

3)Once a week soak your feet in warm water, and gently
exfoliate dead skin with a pumice stone. Follow up by
moisturizing your feet with a natural foot oil or foot lotion.

4)Every week soak in a tub of bath salts. Salt, especially
salts mined from the Dead Sea in the Middle East, are rich
in minerals and help draw impurities out of the skin.

5)After a shower or bath, seal in moisture by using a body
oil or lotion made from natural vegetable oils.

6)If you have blemishes and your skin is dry, moisturize your
skin in the morning and at night with products that contain
vegetable oils which are high in essential fatty acids.
Essential fatty acids help to soften and hydrate the skin and
they can also help soothe minor irritations. Vegetable oils
that contain large amounts of essential fatty acids are: corn
oil, sunflower seed oil, safflower oil, borage oil, blackcurrant
seed oil and evening primrose oil.

7)Look for toners and astringents that are made without
ethyl alcohol, rubbing alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. These
ingredients are solvents that are extremely drying to the

Ingredients to Look For in Your Beauty Lotion to Have a Naturally

Here’s a really simple way to find out if your beauty lotion is really going to be good for your skin or not. Instead of an extended period of trial and error, you can actually find out beforehand how effective the product is going to be.

It’s a fact that the kind of ingredients your beauty lotion has will determine its effectiveness. Use a lotion with the wrong ingredients, and you may as well forget about having a healthy, beautiful skin.

Here is a small list of the top three ingredients you must have in your lotion to ensure a fresh young skin for long –

1. Phytessence Wakame
This sea kelp from Japan is what’s responsible for the beautiful skin of the women there. This kelp nourishes the skin with minerals like calcium, iron and potassium and vitamin B complex. In fact, it contains 15 times more calcium than milk!

Wakame also protects the skin from the harsh Ultraviolet rays of the sun. These rays increase the Melanin content in the skin and lead to the formation of age spots on it. Wakame prevents this from happening and keeps the skin clear and spot free.

2. Cynergy TK™
With age, the production of Collagen and Elastin in our skin goes down drastically. This is why our skin becomes loose with time and wrinkles and lines start appearing on it.

Cynergy TK™ tackles this problem by making our body produce more of the needed proteins inside. The increased supply of Collagen and Elastin makes our skin firm and elastic once again and gets rid of the wrinkles effectively.

This ingredient also contains Functional Keratin™ inside. Keratin is a building block of our skin and plays an important role in its renewal process and helps keep it healthy and damage free.

Only the best beauty lotion would contain such powerful ingredients.

3. Nanobelle CoenzymeQ10
Also known as CoQ10, this is a very powerful anti oxidant. Although you may find it in many products, only the ones containing it in its nano-lipid form are really effective. In this form, it penetrates deep into the skin and fights off the dangerous free radicals. It helps in preventing the aging of the skin and has a strong anti wrinkle effect.

All Natural Organic Skin Care

All natural organic skin care product lines are becoming more and more popular as people are realizing the need for pure, holistic and chemical-free skin care creams, moisturizers, gels and lotions.

We are heading in the right direction, but many anti-aging companies are now claiming that they have all natural organic skin care products. When you look closer at these products, you notice a few hidden chemicals and unnatural ingredients in there.

This is understandable I guess, many companies are all about making more money, and when they see an opening in a market like there is in the natural skin care market right now, they jump right in.

In order for you to truly find the best all natural organic skin care products, you have to learn what ingredients you should look for.

All Natural Organic Skin Care – Breakthrough Ingredients

The best ingredients have been proven effective by scientific means. Some companies produce a clinical trial on their own products, these are not reliable and if you see this going on, you can conclude that their products are very mediocre.

Our skin needs antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, collagen and elastin. These all play a vital part in how well our skin can rebuild, heal and stay healthy.

Here are some ingredients that have proven to help human skin effectively:

Cynergy TK. Contains Functional Keratin, which is extremely similar to a basic protein found in our skin. This has the effect that it can very effectively nourish, rejuvenate and help your body produce more collagen and elastin naturally.

Phytessence Wakame. A Japanese sea kelp that is found in the Japanese sea. Phytessence Wakame inhibits a harmful enzyme called hyaluronidase, which is responsible for destroying hyaluronic acid: maintains elasticity, good tone and smoothness.

Natural Vitamin E. A natural antioxidant that has been shown in several studies to reverse aging in human skin. Natural Vitamin E can reduce wrinkles, fine lines and age spots.

Picking the right all natural organic skin care product line is more important now than ever. Our skin is constantly attacked by external factors, you do not want to pick the wrong skin care product that is filled with chemicals and becomes another threat to your skin.

Natural Beauty Skin Care Tips

Are you looking to prevent premature aging and look your absolute best? Then these skin care products are for you. We all know that wrinkles are a normal part of the ageing process, but there are a few steps we can take to stay looking young for as long as possible.

The best thing you can do for your skin is to keep to a healthy lifestyle. Diet and nutrition is what fuels your body and provides nutrients to enable the body to make essential oils and collagen for the skin.

What Is Collagen?

Collagen and Elastin are the most important proteins found in the human body. Collagen makes up three-quarters of proteins found in the skin and provides the skin with resilience to withstand stretching and punctures whilst elastin ensures its elasticity. Collagen keeps dermal and epidermal tissue in optimal condition, improves moisture retention in the deeper layers of the skin and is vital for repairing skin without leaving scars.

Vitamin C and A are essential nutrients for collagen synthesis and ensure the perfect function of fibroblasts, which are the cells producing collagen and elastin. While young our collagen still retains all of its moisturizing properties and the skin appears smooth and soft with a healthy complexion. As we grow older collagen synthesis is slowing down and collagen loses its flexibility and capacity for absorption. The skin becomes thinner and the protein fibers decrease in diameter. The external effects of this process are the appearance of wrinkles and drier skin. The most effective vitamin to take to increase your collagen is Vitamin C.

Two of the most useful essential oils to use in natural beauty products to aid in the fight against wrinkles are Frankincense and Neroli. Frankincense appears to have a preservative effect on the skin. In some instances it may even reduce existing wrinkling, but it does certainly help further wrinkles forming. Neroli is particularly valuable in that it stimulates the body to produce healthy new cells, and this can help to keep the skin looking smooth by delaying the ageing process in the layers of connective tissue.

When making your natural beauty products and using essential oils, they must be mixed with carrier oils, such as avocado, or jojoba mixed with 25% of wheatgerm oil. These particular carrier oils are richer oils which are the most helpful for skin care products.

Good nutrition is important, especially foods rich in Vitamin B, C and E. Smoking, alcohol and excessive amounts of tea and coffee lower the vitality of the skin and increase the tendency to wrinkle.

We are all aware how dangerous the suns rays can be, so it is most important to protect yourself when you go outside in the sun. The sun dries out your skins natural oils and moisture making it more susceptible to crack or wrinkle.
Coenzyme Q10 is another popular anti-wrinkle ingredient. It protects the skin from free radicals, which are continually generated by the body’s metabolic processes.

Natural Beauty Skin Care

The market is becoming quite saturated with companies who are using more natural beauty ingredients in their soap, and bath and body products. This change is due to a growing customer demand for healthier, safer bath and beauty products, and while the market is growing, we are also seeing that demand is not completely being met. It may seem more companies use natural and/or organic ingredients, but when checking out the ingredients of many products we are able to easily see that being advertised as “More Natural”, or “Organic”, or “Naturally Infused”, doesn’t really mean what we think they mean. With that being said, here are a few truly organic, or natural companies that specialize in making products with organic and natural ingredients, and a lot less synthetic or man made ingredients.

1. Aubrey Organics: Aubrey Organics is dedicated to all-natural beauty products for the most effective treatment in personal care and the beauty industry. In addition to this, Aubrey Organics also totes that their products contain no parabens, no petrochemicals, and no artificial colors or fragrances, and are all handmade and never mass produced.

2. Juice Beauty: Juice Beauty is an Organic company whose mission is to create high efficacy, organic products to the natural beauty industry. They also are very open about their support of solar manufacturing as well as recycling. This is a strong statement, but they have the ingredients to back it up. Juice Beauty’s products are 98% certified Organic, and each product is made with specific zones and skin types in mind.

3. Dr. Hauschka: This brand has been around for quite a while, and for good reason. They have a scientific approach to their products, much like Juice Beauty. Their site boasts handpicked, certified natural products, using only the best of plants and mineral ingredients as well as using recycled materials in all their packaging.

Benefits of Natural Beauty Skin

To have a healthy and beautiful skin is necessary to have a strict skin care routine and also to avoid using or doing the things that harm the skin like smoking, drinking alcohol pollution and cosmetic chemicals. The right beauty skin care product can help to keep your skin feeling great and look smooth, but not all products are good.

There are a wide range of beauty skin care products for normal, dry and oily skin, some help to keep the skin moisture, to cover imperfections or just make the skin feel great, but to keep a healthy and beautiful skin for many years you need to choose wisely the kind of products that you want to use.

The fact is that most beauty creams and topical products in the market are harmful due to the chemicals and synthetic ingredients that they contain, substances like parabens, petrolatum, alcohol, fragrances and mineral oil are not good for your skin but can also get in to your bloodstream and harm your body.

Natural Beauty Products

On the other hand, a lot of people are sarting to switch to natural products because they are safe to use, they do not cause side effects and heal your skin at the cellular level. Natural ingredients can be easily absorbed by your skin, clean your pores and provide your skin with the nutrients that will promote a long term health.

Other products only work on the surface of the skin, so you only see momentary improvements that dont last or you dont see any real results.

Some of the great natural ingredients are avocado extract, manuka honey, grape seed oil, jojoba and many others. Those ingredients have important anti aging properties that prevent the formation of wrinkles and protect your skin from free radicals.

There is a natural compound used in a few natural creams called CynergyTk, it is very powerful because it stimulates the skin to produce new collagen and elastin naturally.
